           Serving the commercial and industrial market since the beginning, we focus on general construction, commercial concrete construction, trucking and hauling, and the supply of all types of aggregate materials.  The original custom residential division still accounts for a significant percentage of our business today.  Verrazano Builders and Contractors expanded with a Tenant Fit-Out Division that specializes in creating retail stores and outlets, restaurants, and other custom commercial and industrial spaces.  This division deals with the elements and rigorous requirements and stipulations involved in creating retail or office space within large office buildings, malls, or shopping centers.

             Verrazano Builders and Contractors is a true general contractor, performing with their own  carpentry, concrete and labor workforces.  Joint ventures and sub-contracting have been performed on past projects, utilizing the finest trades available today, assuring the best services and the best bottom line for our clients.  Commercial concrete is also another area of expertise for Verrazano, working with the finest area contractors.

         The Trucking and Hauling Division is engaged in hauling and transporting aggregate materials throughout the Delaware Valley and the Tri-State area. This division provides trucking and hauling services of sand, stone, asphalt and other materials, for Penn-Dot and NJDOT road projects, bulk concrete and asphalt plants, parking lots and driveway construction.  Each year, Verrazano adds new, state-of-the-art dump trucks to its distinctive “purple fleet” of Peterbilt and Mack Trucks.
